Prices tend to increase every year as per the change in inflation rate.

At last, after 7 years all the trees which acheive girth 36inches and above will be purchased or markated by us according to current market rate.
It's not like that as we agreemented you cannot sell to others, if you get best selling price more than us you can also opt other plywood buyers, there will not be any dispute from our end as we have agreemented, we just need to close the agreement as we have done earlier.
If we market the wood then you have to pay for our efforts for every load per ton 500Rs/- we will charge.
If we purchase directly that to if your okie with the qoutation by us, then we don't charge for that.
